The entrance to the garden and villa is via a private planted area. The spacious terrace and infinity pool are private and have lovely views of Kalkan town and bay.

Enjoy alfresco dining at a large eight seater dining table under a large parasol which provides extra shade. There are eight sun loungers and two parasols to provide shade around the pool. There is a table tennis table on the terrace. There is also a sunny roof terrace with seating and panoramic views.

The pool dimensions are 8m x 4m x 1.5m deep

The nearest local shop is three minutes walk for essentials and the nearest supermarkets are in Kalkan town centre a 10 minute walk away. The harbour and nearest beach and beach clubs are a 15 minute walk.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The Kitchen has all the equipment needed including a large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery.

The indoor dining area comfortably seats 8 people and the whole living area is open plan and air conditioned.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, unlimited WIFI and a flat screen Smart TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

The master double bedroom is air conditioned and en suite shower room. There is a private balcony at the front with lovely sea views.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite shower room. There is a private balcony at the front with lovely sea views.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and en suite shower room. There is a private balcony at the front with lovely sea views.
