Pool Terrace

The garden, pool and sun terraces are to the side and rear of the house facing the views. Leading out from the ground floor, there is a shaded breakfast or dining terrace with BBQ, dining table and chairs, a sun terrace with quality loungers, private salt water swimming pool with infinity edge and a lower sun terrace set adjacent to the lovely flower borders and olive garden.

The saltwater pool dimensions are approximately 8m x 4m x1.5m deep.

There is safe, off road parking and a car is recommended.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The front door leads through the hall to the open plan living area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with wooden wall and floor units and granite worktops. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, toaster, watercooler, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and everything you need.

The adjacent dining table is large and seats 8 people in comfort. There is a sideboard and comfortable seating area perfect for reading, relaxing and resting in the shade.

The lounge is fitted in relaxed style with comfy sofas, open fire, DigiTurk satellite TV with English or European and Turkish channels, DVD and dongle Wi-Fi.

There is also a clothes dryer, ironing board and washing machine. Villa Irem is fully air conditioned throughout.

Bedrooms

There are two ground floor bedrooms and two on the first floor.

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double room with ensuite shower room and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is a ground floor twin room with ensuite shower room and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 is the first floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi corner bath. This room has an open fireplace and full width glass doors leading onto a private balcony facing out over the pool to the glorious views of the village and delta.

Bedroom 4 is a first floor single room with sofa bed suitable for a child of up to approximately early teenage years. It has a desk, bookcase, TV, double aspect sliding doors and can also be used as a working room or study.
