Outside

The gate leads onto the paved drive where there is ample parking and a garage.

Steps lead down past the vegetable garden to the shaded first floor bbq and breakfast terrace where there is a large bbq, dining table, dining chairs and a separate informal seating area for relaxing? and of course those wonderful views

Further steps lead down to the ground floor pool terrace where there is ample space for sun loungers, further shaded areas and seating under the grapevine.

The pool is large enough for swimming lengths and runs the length of the house. There is ladder access and no shallow end, the depth is c.1.7m.

There is also an outdoor depot containing the washing machine, sink and toilet

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The modern kitchen units have granite worktops and are equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery.

The kitchen table seats four with the main dining table outside seating six. The table scan be put together if needed.

The lounge has leather sofas, coffee table, feature wood burner, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and views of the sea from the picture windows. There is Wifi.

There is a separate storage area with toilet, iron and ironing board. Burak Evi is fully air conditioned throughout.

Bedrooms

Burak Evi is an upside down house. On the first floor level with the kitchen and lounge, bedroom 1 is a double bedroom ensuite with twin aspect, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes

The remaining three bedrooms are all on the ground floor pool terrace and accessed from the external staircase running down from the bbq and breakfast terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a ground floor twin bedroom en suite with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and air conditioning. The door leads onto the shaded terrace then from there onto the pool terrace and garden.

Bedroom 3 is a ground floor double bedroom en suite with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and air conditioning. The door leads onto the shaded terrace then from there onto the pool terrace and garden.

Bedroom 4 is a ground floor double bedroom en suite with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and air conditioning. The door leads onto the shaded terrace then from there onto the pool terrace and garden.
