Villa Nazar Boncuk sits in the middle of its own private walled garden. The front and side gardens are hard landscaped with palms, shrubs, pathways and pebbles, while the pool terrace is in the rear garden.

There is a shaded dining terrace accessed from the rear of the villa with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. There is also a relaxed seating set and coffee table providing an informal shaded seating area.

A marble stairway with metal handrail rises from the open plan area to the landing and first floor bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is the first floor master king size bedroom with travertine marble en suite wet room. It has a wardrobes, a flat screen TV and access to a balcony with seating and side table perfect or a morning relax before venturing downstairs.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor double with double aspect. It shares the shared family bathroom off the landing with bedroom 3
