Kitchen, Dining & Lounge
The fantastic open plan lounge, kitchen, diner offers modern, state of the art comforts and fabulous views of Kalamar bay. The beautiful kitchen has granite worktops, a breakfast bar, top of the range appliances including an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer and much more. The dining table seats 8 people and again faces those glorious views. The whole area is air conditioned.

In the lounge area the L shaped leather seating unit faces the floor to ceiling picture windows, so that you can take in the amazing views while you are relaxing. Doors lead to the pool terrace. Wall mounted flat screen TV, CD, DVD and Wifi complete the lounge. There is a separate cloakroom and utility with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a CCTV and alarm system in the villa as well.
