Villa Ocean View is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and extremely well appointed. All the bedrooms are en suite and have large, private balconies or terraces. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi and iPod dock. The villa is also very secure with CCTV cameras installed around the perimeter of the property which, while we haven't ever had a problem, provides total peace of mind for guests.

Pool Terrace
The pool terrace has stunning panoramic, front line sea views. There is a large private infinity swimming pool, spacious sun terrace with quality sun loungers, sun shades and pool shower. There is a large rattan seating set including a 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a low table. There is also a huge modern kosk seating areas with cool blue cushions for relaxing and gazing at those unbelievable sea views. There is a stone built BBQ and an outside dining table and chairs for 8 people which is perfect for those poolside BBQ's and alfresco dining. The pool dimensions are 7m x 4m x 1.6m deep.

Lounge, Dining & Kitchen
The L shaped open plan lounge, kitchen, diner is lovely with full height picture windows and doors leading out onto the pool terrace. The U shaped kitchen has granite worktops, tiled splash backs and is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster, wine rack, coffee maker and much more. The dining table seats 8 and faces the views. The whole area is air conditioned. The lounge has a large L shaped seating unit, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, Wi-Fi and feature fireplace. There is a utility cloak room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

First Floor
Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom en suite with shower and air conditioning. There is access to the front balcony with stunning sea views.
