The villa has been designed by the architects and builders to make the most of some of the best views in Kalkan.You won’t want to venture too far as a result, but the shops, bars and restaurants of Kalkan town are easily reached.

Pool Terrace
The large pool terrace surrounds the infinity pool and is spacious enough for 10 people to spread out and relax in comfort.
There is a range of quality sunloungers, informal comfy seats, shaded seating under a pergola and that all important dining table and chairs for those relaxing alfresco family meals around the BBQ.
The large infinity pool measurements are 10.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m deep. There is a Jacuzzi in the pool to add an extra touch of luxury and this can be turned off to make a childrens pool. Pool towels are provided for guests use.
Kitchen, Dining, Lounge
The kitchen is large, modern and bright with all the appliances you need including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a good range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and tableware.
The indoor dining area seats 10 guests in comfort.
The ground floor is open plan to the lounge which has sofas, satellite tv, dvd player, wifi and an open fire. There are doors with direct access to the pool terrace. Modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a small range of gym equipment including a running machine and a safe for guests use.
