Pool Terrace
The stunning pool terrace features a large infinity pool with sun terraces on three sides, an al-fresco dining area, ample sun loungers and a BBQ.
The walk to Kalkan town centre will take 10-15 minutes along the coast path. The Palm Beach Club is also situated below the villa and is just a few minutes' walk. They serve fantastic lunches and provide water sports or you can simply enjoy a change of scene for some waterside sunbathing.

Beautiful open plan lounge, dining and kitchen living space with a double height lounge and panoramic views from all areas. Contemporary, uncluttered and stylish colour design runs throughout.
The modern kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances including a large fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave, gas hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. The whole area is air conditioned.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the roof terrace which covers the whole roof space. This terrace is absolutely perfect for enjoying a sundowner and discussing what to have for dinner that evening.
