Pool Terrace

The pool terrace ensures there are panoramic sea views from wherever you may sit.

The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers, parasols and 3 separate soft seating areas with attractive sofas and chairs.

There is a Turkish Love Pod and a matching covered swinging sofa.

A circular marble table seats 12 for outside dining, and a purpose built stone BBQ. Two extra large parasols cover this area ensuring you dine in comfort.

Listen to your favourite music from 2 JBL bluetooth wireless speakers and wherever you are on the terrace you will have stunning sea views of the bay.

The 8m x 5m x 1.4m deep infinity pool can be heated at an extra cost, please ask for details. There is no dangerous deep end so ideal for pool fun & games.

For your entertainment, there is a fully equipped games room, with pool table, basketball hoop & balls on the pool terrace, air hockey, table tennis, dartboard table football and a 38" flat screen TV with Wii + games. There is an assortment of board games and books in the games room which also comes with those wonderful sea views.

Roof Terrace

The roof terrace has a rattan table, seating 8. There are 2 soft seating armchairs with a marble coffee table

Kitchen, Dining Living Room

As you would expect from a luxury villa, the kitchen is fully fitted with a 5 ring cooker, extra large oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, double sink, very large island, 4 bar stools & granite worktops.

The indoor dining table is granite with seating for 8.

In the lounge there is a 65" FHD K4 flat screen TV (full Sky/BT Sport package) with soft seating for 8+.

The whole living area is airconditioned throughout .

On this ground floor there is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower, safe, 2 JBL wireless blue tooth speakers, 3 sets of floor to ceiling bi-fold doors leading onto the extensive pool terrace. It is level access with no steps ,so suitable for persons with more limited mobility.

There is also a fully fitted utility room with large sink, washing machine, ice making machine, drinks fridge & storage for hoover, mop & bucket, dust pan & brush, broom, ice boxes, ironing board & iron, baby monitors, baby bottle steriliser & baby toilet seat.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is the roof terrace master bedroom suite. It enjoys direct access to the huge roof terrace ensuring every morning wake up is a Wow! moment. . It also has a bath, walk-in shower, super king size bed with USB ports by the bedsides , uninterrupted panoramic sea views, air con, 65" flat screen TV with full Sky / BT Sports package / movies / series / YouTube / Netflix, very good quality hair dryers, hair straighteners, magnified make up mirror's, vanity units with back light mirrors. This roof terrace master suite also has a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea facilities, wine glasses etc plus a cold water dispenser, adding a little privacy and comfort for different generations or friends or families sharing.

Bedroom 2 is the second of the two master bedroom suites. It is on the first floor with direct access to the first floor continuous balcony and the panoramic views over Kalamar Bay.
