Villa Rudi is perfect for small families, couples, honeymooners and those who want to immerse themselves in a truly gorgeous Turkish mountain village location.

The villa is situated in the tranquil, totally relaxing mountain village of Islamlar amidst olive groves, pine trees, vegetable terraces and grape vines surrounding the property - you are free to pick the organic, home grown produce in season. It’s delicious !

It is impossible not to smile, relax and unwind here. Every room and terrace in the villa has stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, Kalkan bay and Patara Beach. A truly special place in a special Turkish village.

Pool Terrace

There are three things that create perfect relaxation; a panoramic view to gaze at all day, a private pool and complete seclusion so your perfect spot is yours all day. Villa Rudi has all of the above and more.

The spacious pool terrace surrounds the inviting infinity pool. There are plenty of quality sun loungers, a private garden, a BBQ, comfortable shaded seating and an all fresco dining table for 4 people.

The Infinity pool faces the views down the hillside and out towards Kalkan bay, the pool size is 12m x 5m x 1.7m deep.

Kitchen, Dining & Lounge

The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are open plan with full height and width glass doors leading into the pool terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with Siemens appliances and includes a dishwasher, kettle, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

There is dining table and chairs for 8 people and the whole property is air conditioned.

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa unit and full height and width picture windows maximising the beautiful views and providing access to the pool, terrace and garden. There is Wifi, TV and DVD player.

There is a separate cloakroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board and safe.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom en suite with jacuzzi, TV and air conditioning. The room has full width doors leading onto the full width balcony which has a table and chairs for admiring the views.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom en suite with TV and air conditioning. The room has full width doors leading onto the full width balcony which has a table and chairs for admiring the views.

  • Dream holiday - Villa Rudi Left on Aug 13, 2018 for a stay in Aug 2018 We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! Rudi and his family did their best to make our holiday unforgettable! Nothing was too much, even when I needed a medical help, Rudi left his work and brought us to the hospital and stayed with us till the end! We are grateful for all fruit and vegetables the family kindly brought to us, fresh from their garden! The cake which they baked and brought to us one evening was delicious!! The villa is exactly as in the pics and even more beautiful! Pure luxury, sparkling cleanness and breathtaking views.. What makes this villa unique, is the 100% privacy, you won’t be seen or disturbed by anyone! The restaurants on the mountain are much cheaper and more authentic than in town ! Don’t hesitate to book this villa and you won’t regret !

Thank you for all your recommendations such as arranging a transfer from the airport and the hire car waiting, this made everything less stressful. Villa Rudi was superb, just as expected. Very well appointed, comfortable and in such a tranquil location. The villa is clearly well looked after and its lovely to arrive in a villa where you so relaxed. Being in Islamar we enjoyed the feeling of also being in authentic Turkey. The location and car meant we could relax at the villa with the pool, drive to the beaches, Kalkan, Kas and other activities. Rudi was very helpful in explaining where to visit for provisions and it was great that the Balik Adam Tavuk supermaket had everything we needed without needing to visit Kalkan. We certainly hope to visit Turkey again, I think June is probably more suited to us than August and thanks for all you assistance in making our choice of Villa so simple. All the best.
