This beautiful villa is hidden away in a tranquil rural setting. Villa Private is perfect for large families or groups.

The villa normally sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, but as it is so spacious, we we can make up extra beds for children, so it can sleep a maximum of 18 people with 2 doubles and 4 singles as the extra beds available.

Surrounded by mature forest you are away from the crowds, but close to Islamlar shops and restaurants and Kalkan town is just a 15 minute drive away.

There are about 15 restaurants in Islamlar offering the freshest and tastiest meals at very good value.

Pool Terrace

The huge private swimming pool measures 20m x 9m and is 1.50m deep.

There is a sunken dining table / bar area next to the poolside, plus further informal shaded seating areas, sunbeds, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a stone built BBQ.

Lounge and Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with built-in hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven and is equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware required.

There is a large dining area with table and chairs.

The living room has large picture windows to maximise the beautiful views. Patio doors lead to the pool, terrace and garden.

The lounge furniture contains plenty of chairs and sofas sofas to make feel at home plus TV, DVD player and wifi.

There is also a washing machine, iron/ironing board and four seasons air-conditioning through the whole house.

Our agent in Kalkan will provide a meet and greet service to help familiarise your group with the villa and area and will be on hand to help throughout your stay.

The villa will be cleaned weekly where linen and towels will be changed for a fresh set. Daily services include the servicing of the pool and garden area.
