Pool Terrace
The travertine marble pool terrace surrounds the jacuzzi which can be switched off to make a children's pool. The main pool is large enough to swim in, but also contains a shallow end. There are plenty of sun loungers, parasols, a pool shower and toilet. The lawned garden surrounds the villa on all sides. The kosk is large enough for 10 people and is perfect for relaxing lazy days reading, relaxing, having a siesta or just gazing at the delightful orchards or mountains.

Next to the kosk there is a stone built BBQ and shaded outdoor kitchen containing cupboards, worktop, a sink, table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge
The kitchen and breakfast bar has modern white units, marble splash backs and worktops. It is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, second fridge, water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery.

The rest of the living area is laid out as a huge lounge with plenty of sofas facing the flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and Wifi. There is a Cappadocian stone open fireplace. There is a separate utility, cloakroom and storage cupboards containing the washing machine, iron and ironing board and a toilet. There is a separate back door to a shaded seating area and the rear garden. Villa Leisha is fully air conditioned throughout.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a ground floor twin bedroom en suite with air conditioning. The en suite is marble lined with a glass shower enclosure. There is a dressing table, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a ground floor twin bedroom en suite with air conditioning. The en suite is marble lined with a glass shower enclosure. There is a dressing table, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the rear terrace and garden.

Bedroom 3 is a first floor twin bedroom en suite with air conditioning. The en suite is marble lined with a glass shower enclosure. There is a dressing table, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the rear balcony overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 4 is a large first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning. The en suite is marble lined with a glass shower enclosure. There is a dressing table, fitted wardrobes and doors onto a front balcony overlooking the pool and orchards.

Bedroom 5 is the master first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning. The en suite is huge, marble lined with a glass shower enclosure, his and hers sinks and a whirlpool bath. There is a dressing table, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the front balcony overlooking the garden. There is a separate door from the first floor landing onto the balcony so guests can join you there without walking through bedrooms.
