Pool Terrace

The sun terrace surrounds the infinity swimming pool and borders the private garden.

There are 10 rattan sun loungers with cushions, parasols, a pergola and shaded informal rattan outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a morning coffee. There is also an outside dining table and chairs for 10 people and a BBQ.

The private infinity pool size is 17m x 4m x 1.60m deep. It has a shallow end for children and tiled steps and a handrail leading into the main pool. It is plenty big enough for swimming lengths or just relaxing in.

There is a private double garage at the villa.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

Villa Kalkan Elite has ultra modern design, quality marble floors and air conditioning throughout.

The ultra modern fully fitted kitchen and island have black flush door fronts, granite worktops, comfy bar stools, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and tableware for 10 people.

The indoor dining table seats 7 people and there is an outdoor dining set for 10 people for enjoying those lovely alfresco family meals or drinks together.

The lounge has large sofas and armchairs with a coffee table facing the views and the flat screen tv with DVD and unlimited WIFI. There is a rattan seating set after that facing an electric fireplace and again those views. Modern marble and glass stairs lead from behind the lounge area to the first floor bedrooms.

There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalkan bay.

Bedroom 3 is a first floor double bedroom en-suite with triple aspect, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalkan bay.

Bedroom 4 is a first floor twin bedroom en-suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalkan bay.

Bedroom 5 is double bedroom en-suite with Jacuzzi in the bedroom room as well. There is air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a large roof terrace balcony with panoramic Kalkan bay views.
