The drive appraches the rear of the house where you will find the herb and vegetable garden (for guests use), childrens play area and the traditional kosk providing a shaded seating area looking onto the lawn.

Walking round the front, the pool terrace has sun beds, parasols, a stone built bbq, shower, outdoor dining table and chairs.

There are lovely mountain, forest, and sea views.

The swimming pool size is 8m x 4m x 1.50m deep

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

You enter the villa through the front door into a small hallway where there is a washing machine and iron/ironing board under the stairs.

Turning left you are immediately Wowed by the size of the open plan living area containing the kitchen which has granite worktops over bright white units, a breakfast bar, built in hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and tableware.

There is a large dining area with table and chairs for 10 people.

The living area is split intwo two areas, one faces the TV and has large picture windows to maximise the beautiful views. Patio doors lead to both the pool terrace and garden. The second area has chairs surrounding the open fireplace.

There is TV, DVD ,WiFi and air conditioning.

A real bonus is that Villa Muhafazakar is within walking distance of the nearest restaurant, Bodamya Tepe, and is just a two minute drive to the nearest Islamlar shops, restaurants and village centre or 9 minutes drive to Kalkan town.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a first floor twin bedroom en-suite with air conditioning. There are doors onto the large front facing shared balcony.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning. There are doors onto the large front facing shared balcony.

Bedroom 3 is a first floor double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning. There are doors onto the private side facing balcony.

Bedroom 4 is a first floor twin bedroom en-suite with air conditioning. There are doors onto the private side facing balcony.

Bedroom 5 is a second floor double bedroom with air conditioning. There is a shared sink, shower and bathroom with Bedroom 6 on this floor. It has a door onto the roof terrace.

Bedroom 6 is a second floor double bedroom with air conditioning. There is a shared sink, shower and bathroom with Bedroom 5 on this floor. It has a door onto the roof terrace.

You can access the shared first floor front facing balcony and the roof terrace via doors from the hallways. You do not have to go through bedrooms.
