Pool Terrace

Entering through the imposing large double gates you are immediately impressed by the view of the pool terrace and villa.

The large pool has several depths and is entered by wide, safe steps so is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The sun terrace and mature garden surround the pool and house and there is also a small adjacent orchard containing seasonal fruit trees.

There are rattan sun loungers, informal rattan seating, a shaded dining table, BBQ and traditional Turkish kosk -perfect for relaxing afternoon siestas.

The garden is completely private and has the option of total privacy screening which can be fitted behind the oleander hedge on request.

Ground Floor

French doors lead from the terrace into the spacious ground floor lounge which has triple aspect, large sofas and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD, Wifi and an open fireplace.

The ground floor kitchen has handmade fitted wooden base and wall units, and granite worktops. It is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, water cooler, toaster, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery for 10 people.

The outdoor rattan dining table seats 6 people.

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double bedroom with ensuite, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and direct access onto the pool terrace

Bedroom 2 is a ground floor twin bedroom with ensuite, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and French doors facing onto the rear garden and Vardiye mountain

There is also a separate ground floor toilet and separate utility room containing iron, ironing board, spare towels and cleaning materials.

First Floor

Bedroom 3 is a first floor twin bedroom with ensuite, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and French doors onto the rear facing balcony facing onto the rear garden and Vardiye mountain

Bedroom 4 is a first floor double bedroom with ensuite, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and French doors facing out onto a Juliet balcony and out across the pool terrace toward the Lycian tombs

There is a first floor lounge that can be converted into a double bedroom suite to make the fifth bedroom. The room has TV, DVD and Wifi, open fireplace and access onto a front facing first floor terrace overlooking the pool and view

There is a first floor shower room off the lounge and wardrobes in the lounge that are suitable for a lounge or bedroom.

The first floor kitchen is open plan to this room and identical to the ground floor kitchen.
