The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The nearest restaurants are within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Taxis operate every day of you want to walk into town and get a lift back after dinner.

Pool Terrace

The outside space at Landmark Villa focuses on the delightful pool terrace area which is accessed from the villa's main living areas. The main garden is to the side of the terrace.

Rattan style quality sun loungers line the poolside with tables and parasols providing sun or shade. There is a smaller outdoor dining table and chairs.

There are views out over the surrounding fields, orchards and mountains that are a real feature of the relaxing and peaceful Arik Basi area of Dalyan.

The pool is large enough for swimming in and has large tiled steps leading down into it. There is pool lighting to provide a relaxing backdrop to those lazy holiday evening dinners.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The fully fitted kitchen has flush contemporary styled doors with granite worktops and splash backs. It is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery for 12 people.

The indoor dining table adjacent to the kitchen area seats 6 people.

The separate utility room has a washing machine ironing board and iron. Landmark Villa has travertine marble, ceramic tiled floors and air conditioning throughout.

The lounge has large comfy sofas and armchairs, TV, DVD player and WiFi.

There are full height and width sliding glass doors leading onto the pool terrace from all areas. These ensure the feeling of light and space inside the villa is amazing.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto the pool terrace. There is a small, low level ramp providing easy access for wheelchairs. It is designed as disabled friendly room access, but not fitted out as a disabled bedroom and bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto the balcony

Bedroom 3 is a first floor twin bedroom en suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto the balcony

Bedroom 4 is a first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto the balcony
